Title: The Boy In The Iceberg

Description : During a routine mission at sea, the young waterbender-in-training Katara and her brother Sokka discover a young boy named Aang who has been frozen in an iceberg. As if that wasn’t strange enough, Aang is an Air Nomad, a people thought extinct. Katara readily makes friends with Aang and invites him to camp, and although Sokka is more hesitant, he goes along with it. But is there something about the young airbender that he isn’t sharing?

Title: The Avatar Returns

Description : Aang’s friends get more and more uneasy as they sense something is different about him. Finally, he is forced to tell them the more- he is not just an airbender. He is the missing Avatar! Meanwhile, Prince Zuko, the banished prince of the Fire Nation, closes in on the Avatar’s location, determined to capture Aang at any cost. It’s going to take all of the Avatar’s skill to escape the prince and begin his journey at last.

Tittle: The Southern Air Temple

Desription : Aang brings Katara and Sokka to the Southern Air Temple, his former home. Eager to introduce them to his air family, he describes his life at the temple. However, as Katara realizes, it’s been 100 years of warfare, and much can change during a 100-year war.

Title: The Warriors Of Kyoshi
Air Date: 2005-03-04
Description : Aang, Katara, and Sokka are captured by a group of warriors and brought to Kyoshi. After learning that Aang is the Avatar, however, they quickly let him go, and, while Sokka is coping with the fact that the Warriors of Kyoshi are all female, Aang gets a taste of fame on the island. Meanwhile, Zuko, still smarting from his earlier defeat, draws closer to Kyoshi and the Avatar.

Title: The King Of Omashu
Air Date: 2005-03-18
Description : When Aang takes Katara and Sokka on a wild journey through Omashua 's delivery system because he believes ita 's entertaining, they soon wind up on the wrong side of the law and are taken to the king for punishment. However, King Bumi decides to put Aang to a test or else his friends will be surrounded in a stone prison, but will Aang be able to complete the mad kinga 's tasks?

Title: Imprisoned
Air Date: 2005-03-25
Description : After stumbling upon an Earth Kingdom town that has been taken over by the Fire Nation; Aang, Katara and Sokka learn that all earthbending has been outlawed, and anybody caught breaking this law is taken to a brutal prison. Through a string of events, Katara unwittingly gets Haru, an earthbender, imprisoned in the jail. Determined to rescue Haru, Katara sets out to topple the Fire Nation’s grip on the village.

Title: Winter Solstice Part 1 (the Spirit World)
Air Date: 2005-04-08
Description : Aang is called upon by a desperate village which is being terrorized by a spirit monster called The Haibi Spirit. After lying in wait for the monster, Aang fails to defeat it and Sokka is taken by the creature as it leaves the village. After learning that this creature is from The Spirit World, Aang sets out, determined to rescue Sokka.

Title: Winter Solstice Part 2 (avatar Roku)
Air Date: 2005-04-15
Description : After traversing to the Spirit World, Aang chases the creature to a major Fire Nation temple. Once there, he learns that he was led here for a reason- to be told that Avatar Roku, the former Avatar, is willing to speak to him, but only if he travels to this very temple in person during the winter solstice of the year. Without the power of spirits, this journey will be a hard one, and the clock is ticking.

Title: The Waterbending Scroll
Air Date: 2005-04-29
Description : After Katara becomes frustrated at Aang’s incredible natural ability for waterbending, easily mastering moves it took her weeks to learn, she steals a valuable waterbending scroll from a pirate’s ship. Unfortunately, the pirates aren’t about to sit around and let their scroll slide away. More unfortunately, after being captured by the pirate crew, Katara learns that they aren’t the only ones who want to corner the group.

Title: Jet
Air Date: 2005-05-06
Description : After running into a troop of Fire Nation soldiers, Aang and his friends are saved by Jet and his gang of Freedom Fighters, a rogue group living out in the wilderness, causing havoc for the Fire Nation. The gang, especially Jet, despise the Fire Nation with a passion, and spend much of their time planning to liberate a nearby village that has been conquered by them. But is there more to Jet’s plot than he is letting on?

Title: The Great Divide
Air Date: 2005-05-20
Description : Aang and his friends end up at a canyon where two groups, with a complicated past together, are arguing about who should get to go across first. When both groups become stranded in the canyon Aang must help them put aside their differences to survive.

Title: The Storm
Air Date: 2005-06-03
Description : Aang begins to have guilty feelings about leaving the world for 100 years, allowing it to plunge into chaos. When Sokka takes a job for a fisherman to earn some extra money, he becomes trapped in a storm similar to the one that tossed Aang into the sea. To rescue Sokka, Aang will have to face his fears once and for all. Meanwhile, Zuko, still relentlessly pursuing Aang, faces a mutinous crew, tired of desperately chasing down the Avatar.

Title: The Blue Spirit
Air Date: 2005-06-17
Description : When Katara and Sokka fall sick with a mysterious disease, Aang sets off to find the cure. As he is searching, the villainous Zhao and his troops find and capture him. With Aang held captive in a Fire Nation stronghold, his only hope is the Blue Spirit, a strange masked figure set on rescuing the Avatar. Will this Blue Spirit be able to make it past the Fire Nation barriers and rescue him? Is there still time to save Katara and Sokka? And who is the Blue Spirit anyway?

Title: The Fortuneteller
Air Date: 2005-09-23
Description : Aang, Katara, and Sokka come across a town that refuses to check a near-by volcano because a local fortuneteller has told them that the volcano will not erupt. But when Aang takes a look he sees that the volcano will blow in the near future. When he warns the town, nobody will listen to him because they have put too much faith into the fortunetellersa ' words.

Title: Bato Of The Water Tribe
Air Date: 2005-10-07
Description : When Katara and Sokka meet with an old friend (Bato of the Water Tribe) it reanimates old friendships, and sparks many memories. Unfortunately, Aang, who never knew Bato, feels slightly left out, and begins worrying if Katara and Sokka will ever leave him. When an urgent message from Katara and Sokka’s father arrives, Aang, fearing for his friendships, hides it. It’s not that simple, though- sparking up his conscience, Aang begins to feel guilty. This problem is complicated even further when June, Prince Zuko’s new bounty hunter, comes to capture Aang, but finds Karata and Sokka instead.

Title: The Deserter
Air Date: 2005-10-21
Description : After learning of the firebender Jeong Jeong, the only known firebender to desert the Fire Nation and live, Aang becomes determined to learn firebending from this deserter. Reluctantly, the taciturn Jeong Jeong accepts, and the two begin training. Jeong Jeong, however, is worried that the impatient Aang will try too much too soon. Fire, unlike the other elements, destroys if it is handled with inexperience.

Title: The Northern Air Temple
Air Date: 2005-11-04
Description : Aang, Katara and Sokka are nearing the end of their journey to the north. Along the way, they take a detour on the Northern Air Temple, counterpart to the Southern Air Temple. Surprisingly, it isn’t uninhabited. A group of people, led by an eccentric inventor, have moved up to the temple to escape the claws of the Fire Nation. At first, Aang is angry at the changes made to the great temple, but over time even he begins to like it.

Title: The Waterbending Master
Air Date: 2005-11-18
Description : Aang’s journey is finally the over, the long trek across the world is completed. Arriving at the North Pole, Aang, Katara and Sokka are allowed into the Northern Water Tribe, a mighty town metropolis of interesting people, strong waterbenders, some romance for Sokka, and Pakku the waterbending master, who teaches aspiring waterbenders. Naturally, he takes on Aang as one of his pupils. However, with Katara, there are problems. Apparently, the rules of the Northern Water Tribe forbid women or girls to learn waterbending. Katara has traveled all the way here, only to be rejected. But in this case, what Pakku says isn’t going to go.

Title: The Siege Of The North (1)
Air Date: 2005-12-02
Description : The Fire Nation’s fleets, led by Admiral Zhao, have located the final remaining Water Tribe metropolis, and are closing in. The only problem is that the full moon may grant the waterbenders enough power to defeat them. Little does Zhao know, the injured Zuko has stowed away on his ship, determined to capture the Avatar before him and bring glory to his name. Seeking guidance and aid from the moon spirit to help defend the Northern Water Tribe, Aang enters the Spirit World.

Title: The Siege Of The North (2)
Air Date: 2005-12-02
Description : Now in the Spirit World, Aang is told by Avatar Roku that the only spirit who would know where to find the moon spirit is Koh, the face stealer, and so Aang must now confront him. Back in the physical world, Zuko successfully kidnaps Aang’s body but must wait out a snow storm before taking him to the Fire Nation. Meanwhile, Zhao, who knows where to find the moon spirit’s physical form, sets out to kill it, hoping it will strip the waterbenders of their waterbending.
